Job summary

The JM Family College Internship Program offers full-time summer internships for students to gain hands-on experience aligned with their studies, learn about JM Family's culture, and develop new skills through projects and networking.

As a Fixed Sales Solutions Intern, you will support SET Fixed Operations initiatives, work with Parts and Service teams, and help drive dealer profitability while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or other degree program.
• Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Relevant coursework encouraged (Marketing, Operations, Analytics, IT, Communications).

Responsibilities

• Participate and contribute as an active member of the SET Fixed Operations Core and Extended team.
• Collaborate with departments across Fixed Operations to provide services and support that help drive dealer profitability within Parts and Service.
• Support internal leadership in identifying and communicating growth strategies within the Parts and Service space.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives aligned with the Fixed Operations strategic roadmap.
• Support the Fixed Operations field team in executing dealer-facing initiatives.
• Contribute to the design and execution of dealer-facing training focused on technician certification and Fixed Operations development.
