Job summary

Allegiance Trucks is seeking a Fixed Operations Branch Manager to lead the parts and service departments across our growing dealership network. You will develop an engaged team, drive customer-focused service, and promote Allegiance Trucks as a dealership and employer of choice.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of management experience in a commercial truck dealership or related field, with strong leadership, communication, and hands-on knowledge of dealership parts and service operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of management experience in commercial truck dealership or related field.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments.
• Provide leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments.
• Ensure effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments.
• Develop employees to enhance their performance and career growth.
• Uphold Allegiance Truck’s customer focus by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues timely and professionally.

• Stay up on industry trends and competitive offerings.
