Ideal candidates have 8+ years in a management role within commercial truck settings, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to continuous training and department growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments.
• Provide leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments.
• Ensure effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments.
• Develop employees to enhance their performance and career growth.
• Uphold Allegiance Trucks' customer focus by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues timely and professionally.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Stay up on industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Gather and share information from customers and other dealers to help Allegiance better serve our customers and grow market share.
