Allegiance Trucks is hiring a Fixed Operations Branch Manager to lead the parts and service departments, drive growth, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will manage daily operations and develop a high-performing team within our expanding dealership network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field.

As a Fixed Operations Branch Manager, this position must lead by example, develop an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our organization as a dealership and employer of choice.

• Valid state driver's license is required
• Must maintain a clean driving record
