Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Product Marketing professional to independently lead programs, develop plans, and align initiatives with the broader department strategy. The role requires communication with sales, leadership, and product teams to ensure successful marketing outcomes.

Hybrid work model in a leading investment firm. Five+ years of related experience and an undergraduate marketing degree are required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Sponsorship Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Independently initiates and/or leads product marketing programs, initiatives, promotions, or research projects.
• Develops, implements, and monitors product marketing plans; contributes to major deliverables and milestones.
• Ensures product marketing plans align with department strategy; drafts in-depth reviews and analyzes trends and needs.
• Proactively communicates status and issues of marketing activity to stakeholders including sales, leaders, and senior managers.
• Builds and maintains relationships with sales, product teams, and key decision makers; fosters cross-stakeholder communication.
• Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks on marketing activities.
• Educates the marketing team on features, benefits, and messaging across channels.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Supports fixed income product and fixed income enterprise priorities.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
