Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate in ISG Equity Operations to provide hands-on support in the debt syndicate lifecycle, coordinating with front office, operations, legal, and compliance. You will help manage complex transactions from pre-pricing to closing, ensuring regulatory readiness and robust controls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute and support GCM debt syndicate transactions from pre-pricing through closing and settlement
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with syndicate desks, banking teams, Legal, Compliance, and external parties to support deal execution
• Contribute to workflow enhancements and control improvements for efficiency and risk management
• Identify risks in day-to-day processes and drive improvements
• Build relationships across the team and internal stakeholders to support strong outcomes
• Analyze and reconcile account activity to resolve discrepancies
