Job summary

Voya Investment Management seeks an experienced Investment Data Analyst to support an AI-enabled data environment. You will bridge investment business partners, data management, operations, and technology to improve data quality and reporting.

You will analyze data across asset classes, validate data feeds, and help translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements while leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems, computer science, data analytics, engineering.
• Seven+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of investment data and its use across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
• Experience with data warehouses/cloud platforms and data-quality management.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment, operations, technology, reporting, and data management teams to understand business objectives and data needs.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, data specifications, acceptance criteria, testing scenarios, and process improvements.
• Analyze investment data across asset classes (fixed income, equities, derivatives, mortgages).
• Support integration, validation, and monitoring of data from internal systems, external platforms, custodians, and market-data providers.
