Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an Analyst in the Investment Data & Analytics Team in Atlanta to support daily fixed income analytics, data quality, and reporting.

You will work closely with risk, investment teams, and compliance to ensure accurate analytics and timely delivery. The role requires 3–5 years in fixed income analytics, a bachelor’s degree in economics/finance, strong Excel and SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake and Python; CFA progress a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in fixed income analytics or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily analytics reports for fixed income instruments and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Risk, Investment Teams, and Compliance on production and initiatives.
• Evaluate investment data models and contribute to data quality resolutions.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc fixed income analytics reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Engage vendors and coordinate platform enhancements affecting analytics.
