Job summary

Voya Investment Management is seeking a qualified professional to support risk management, performance monitoring, valuation, reporting, and data analytics for a large CRE debt portfolio. You will engage in portfolio surveillance, annual loan reviews, credit ratings, and development of scalable risk analytics tools.

The role requires 3–6 years in CRE finance or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Onsite presence at the Atlanta office is expected.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk, performance and valuation trends across a large CRE debt portfolio.
• Perform annual underwriting and credit reviews evaluating property performance and credit metrics.
• Monitor credit ratings, watchlists, and identify portfolio trends and opportunities.
• Enhance early detection of problem loans via stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Develop dashboards, risk analytics tools, and executive-level reporting.
• Analyze asset performance, concentration risk, valuation changes, and risk indicators.
• Support audit requests and data analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to data analytics, reporting automation and scalable tools.
