Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is looking for a Fixed Equipment Reliability Leader to enhance maintenance at our Naheola Mill in Pennington, Alabama. This role involves managing the Fixed Equipment program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and collaborating with various teams to improve equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in maintenance/reliability within industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field OR Seven years of maintenance/reliability experience.
• Three years of experience in managing and executing a fixed equipment program.
• Experience supervising others, including employees and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of a sustainable fixed equipment program.
• Develop and implement inspection plans and maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
