Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field OR Seven (7) years of maintenance/reliability experience in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical, oil & energy, or military environment.
• Three (3) years of experience in managing and executing a fixed equipment or mechanical integrity program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's effort to build, implement, and manage a sustainable fixed equipment program.
• Manage and prioritize fixed equipment efforts based on risk, value, compliance, and business needs.
• Develop and implement inspection plans, maintenance strategies, and repair procedures.
