Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Assets Associate for our Chesapeake, VA corporate office. You will process asset transactions, maintain records, and assist with reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting.

Key duties include asset processing in Lawson, generating reports, and collaborating with Accounting and Finance to ensure data integrity and compliance with retention policies.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsabilidades

• Process fixed asset transactions in Lawson Asset Management System (additions, disposals, transfers, adjustments).
• Maintain fixed asset records and ensure timely, accurate entries.
• Prepare construction templates for asset recording.
• Monitor Fixed Assets mailbox and respond to inquiries.
• Generate asset reports from Lawson and export to Excel.
• Assist with monthly GL reconciliations related to fixed assets.
• Support records management and internal controls for asset data.
