Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Lease Accounting Associate to join our corporate accounting team in Chesapeake, VA.

You will manage the financial obligations for a portfolio of 650+ store leases, review rent payments, CAM charges, and reimbursements, and perform lease audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role emphasizes analytical rigor, attention to detail, and collaboration with landlords and internal partners.

Formación

• 2+ years in commercial real estate, lease admin, or related field.
• Strong accounting principles and math aptitude.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Excel and office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage financial aspects of portfolio of ~650 store leases.
• Review payment schedules and process lease-related payments.
• Audit operating expenses, CAM, rent escalations, and CPI.
