Job summary

You will support fixed asset reporting across thousands of locations, assist with CIP tracking, depreciation budgeting, and ERP transition validation. A CPA candidate is preferred and 2-4 years of related experience is expected.

The role involves preparing month-end depreciation accruals, setting up project accounting in the GL, and ensuring GAAP compliance in asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 2-4 years related experience in accounting/FP&A.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end depreciation accruals and supporting schedules.
• Assist with project accounting setup in the general ledger.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and depreciation analyses.
• Assist in asset tracking for fixed assets, including cloud assets.
• Support ERP transition data validation and reconciliation.
