Chesterfield County is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst II to support the General Accounting team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and three years of accounting experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and analytical skills.

You will prepare asset-related entries and assist with year-end reporting and audits. The position emphasizes collaboration with fund managers, asset capitalization, and maintaining fixed asset systems while managing multiple priorities within a 8:30

Collaborate with Fund Managers to ensure assets are properly classified.
Review asset purchases for proper coding and capitalization policy compliance.
Serve as liaison for fixed asset and lease transactions inventory.
Prepare journal entries for depreciation, purchases, transfers, disposals, and donations.
Assist with year-end audit and reporting in the Capital Assets footnote.
Maintain Fixed Asset system accuracy and GAAP compliance.
Interpret and apply GAAP and regulatory standards; handle deadline-driven projects.
Perform other duties as required.
