Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with experience in GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing workpapers for external audits and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fund Managers to classify fixed assets with appropriate useful lives.
• Review asset purchases for proper account coding and capitalization policy.
• Serve as liaison for fixed asset and lease transactions inventory.
• Prepare journal entries for depreciation, purchases, donations, transfers, and disposals.
• Assist with year-end Capital Assets in the CAFR and related footnotes.
• Perform Fixed Asset system maintenance and GAAP compliance.
• Interpret and apply GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Manage priorities and complex deadlines.
