Qualifications

• Two or more years of general accounting experience in public accounting and/or corporate financial reporting.
• Experience with SEC reporting requirements is preferred.
• Ability to draft and review financial statements and supplementary information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and SEC filings.
• Support the external audit process and maintain financial reporting documentation.
• Identify and research technical accounting issues and provide guidance.
