Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic understanding of GAAP.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel with high data accuracy.
• Automation mindset using macros or AI tools.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Track fixed assets and depreciation; manage retirements.
• Post asset journal entries; perform reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Oversee intercompany fixed asset transactions.
• Support ad hoc projects and daily tasks with the Fixed Asset team.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve data categorization and subledger reporting.
• Identify scalable, tech-forward process improvements.
