Job summary

Tradeweb is seeking an Integration Specialist to join the Market Support team in a hybrid role based in New York. You will implement, maintain, and troubleshoot FIX protocol connections between Tradeweb, institutional clients, and third-party technology vendors.

You will collaborate with traders, operations, product, and development teams to ensure seamless trade workflows. You will develop deep expertise in electronic trading workflows across fixed-income and derivatives markets, resolve

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in technical integration or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of the FIX protocol and messaging standards (FIX 4.2/4.4/5.0).
• Experience with electronic trading workflows and trade lifecycle (order submission to post-trade).
• Experience with OMS/EMS platforms or vendors.
• Troubleshooting skills: logs, messages, connectivity, and configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in time-sensitive production environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing roles.
• Team-oriented with willingness to share knowledge and collaborate.
• Detail-oriented, with urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, configure, certify, and support FIX connections for clients and vendors.
• Manage implementation and ongoing support of integration services incl. pre-/post-trade workflows and API trading.
• Own client inquiries and production issues through diagnosis and resolution.
• Monitor FIX sessions and message flows to ensure platform stability.
• Investigate issues by reviewing FIX messages, logs, and configs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and enhance integration.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Work with product/development to define new functionality and configurations.
• Perform data-driven analysis to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Maintain FIX session configurations, client mappings, and troubleshooting docs.
• Provide training on new products and workflows.
