Job summary

Paycom in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Five9 Platform Engineer to design, configure, customize, and optimize the Five9 cloud contact center platform. You will translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and drive continuous improvements across the Five9 environment.

You will work closely with stakeholders, IT and other technical teams to architect integrations, automate workflows, and enhance agent experience through advanced routing, reporting, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Design, configure, and customize the Five9 platform to support evolving business requirements.
• Architect and optimize users, roles, permissions, security settings, and platform configurations.
• Design and configure queues, skills, campaigns, and advanced call-routing strategies.
• Design and optimize inbound, outbound, and omnichannel workflows including voice, chat, email, and SMS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ACD routing, IVRs, call flows, and complex routing strategies.
• Translate contact center requirements into technical solutions, configurations, and workflows within Five9.
• Develop automation using Five9 APIs, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Design and optimize data flows between Five9 and connected business systems.
• Develop and optimize Five9 bots and automation workflows to reduce manual work.
