Optomi, in partnership with a leading consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Five9 Architect to support a large-scale contact center transformation with Google AI integration. This remote role requires travel on the East Coast about 15%.

You will design Five9 infrastructure, SIP trunking, and disaster recovery, lead architecture reviews, and guide implementation teams across enterprise deployments, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.

Competenze

• 7–10+ years of infrastructure, telephony, or solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud contact center implementation experience with deep Five9 expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, PSTN, SBCs, network architecture, QoS, and carrier integrations.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise implementations and phased migrations.
• Strong customer-facing communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Define SIP trunking, carrier integrations, call routing, number porting, and failover strategies.
• Develop high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Design migration strategies connecting legacy on‑premises telephony with Five9 cloud services.
• Establish infrastructure standards for security, compliance, performance, and scalability.
• Lead architecture reviews, identify technical risks, and guide implementation teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive implementation milestones and resolve complex challenges.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of infrastructure, telephony, or solution architecture experience.

• Strong knowledge of SIP, PSTN, SBCs, network architecture, QoS, and carrier integrations.

• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and proactively drive projects forward.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five9 Intelligent Contact Center (ICC) and Workforce Management (WFM).
• Google CCAI/Dialogflow integration experience.
