Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with four years of relevant employment experience, or an Associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience.
• Relevant professional experience in fields like Engineering, Contract Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban Planning, policy analysis, financial modeling, accounting, statistics, or work program development can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the college education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain the District's Tentative Five-Year Work Program with the Work Program Coordinator.
• Monitor funding sources to maintain balanced levels compatible with the Work Program Instructions.
• Perform multi-year Work Program analysis and regular performance reporting.
• Close and balance projects as directed by the Work Program Coordinator.
• Provide guidelines and training to project managers on funding requests.
• Maintain liaison with District and Central Office staff to avoid duplication in the Work Program.
• Provide technical assistance on Work Program issues; evaluate its impact on district production.
• Prepare year-end close-out reports and budget realignment.
• Create and maintain management reports and graphs from Work Program data.
• Update amendments log and coordinate with Central Office; act as contact for pending amendments.
