Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or spa settings; Forbes standards knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in reservation systems and basic office software.
• Looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders.
• Solution oriented; able to manage conflict, stay on task and promote teamwork.
• Strong focus on guest experience; uses guest names, smiles, makes eye contact and communicates professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences and requests for future reference.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Willing and able to work all shifts and flex schedule as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle guest and operational issues positively.
• Team oriented with ability to work efficiently within a professional environment.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance; strong verbal and written communication is essential.
• Must communicate in English with guests and staff; additional languages are a plus.
• Education equivalent to high school graduation or higher; training and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and in accordance with Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Manage spa bookings, confirm appointments, and accommodate special requests.
• Process payments accurately and maintain an organized reception area.
• Monitor and update guest records, ensuring data confidentiality.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly; escalate when necessary.
• Contribute to Forbes standards compliance and ongoing service training.
• Support therapists and spa staff to ensure a seamless guest journey.
