You will welcome guests by name, guide them to the right spaces, and ensure a tranquil, five‑star environment with attentive service throughout every shift.

The role demands professional communication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods while assisting with light physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and customer service skills to work in a luxury hospitality or spa.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet each guest by name and provide a personalized arrival experience.
• Escort guests to appropriate areas, assist with locker access and orientation.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness and a tranquil spa ambiance in line with five‑star standards.
• Replenish toiletries, robes, slippers, and amenities throughout the day.
• Monitor spa areas for readiness, safety, and maintenance needs; escalate as needed.
