Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking a Reservations Experience Agent to assist guests with planning their visit and promote all resort offerings. You will provide detailed information on services, dining, activities, and local attractions, while maintaining relationships with guests and associates and delivering Five-Star service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emails and phone calls regarding inquiries and reservations.
• Proactively make outbound emails and calls to plan experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of resort offerings and hours of operation.
• Provide information about local features.
• Input reservations and guest information accurately.
• Promote special events to support revenue goals.
• Demonstrate Five-Star and Five-Diamond service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
