The Fifth Avenue Hotel in Manhattan seeks a Guest Experience Butler to deliver highly personalized, anticipatory service for VIPs, suite guests and long-stay clients. You will blend traditional butler duties with modern luxury standards to craft bespoke, story-worthy moments and coordinate with Concierge and other departments for seamless stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years luxury hotel, private estate, or cruise line experience preferred
• Deep understanding of five-star service, etiquette, poise and discretion
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills; multilingual ability is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
