Integrity Home Lending is seeking a motivated Loan Officer in Tampa, FL. You will leverage your network to maximize lead sources, close loans, and drive revenue while working in a dynamic, goal-oriented team environment.

Role offers aggressive commission splits or salary plus commission, leads provided, and a full benefits package. You may work in-office or remotely with strong customer service and follow-up skills as core requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 4-year degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
