Job summary

Integrity Home Lending, LLC is seeking top-performing Loan Officers who can leverage a network, maximize lead sources, and drive a $100K+ annual income. The role supports both in-office and remote work, with aggressive commission splits and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.

• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors.

• Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
