Job summary

The Inn at Little Washington, a Forbes Five-Star, Michelin Two-Star luxury property, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure immaculate guest rooms and public areas.

You will supervise Supervisors, Housekeepers, and attendants, manage budgets and scheduling, drive standards, coach the team, and partner with Front Office and Facilities to deliver outstanding hospitality. Experience with luxury property standards preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ progressive housekeeping experience with supervisory or management responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 10+ staff.
• Strong understanding of luxury housekeeping standards and quality inspections.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to Forbes Five-Star presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Manage weekly schedules, labor costs, and departmental budget.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Facilities for guest needs and maintenance issues.
