The Inn at Little Washington, a Forbes Five-Star, Michelin Two-Star luxury property, seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public spaces. You will supervise a high-caliber team, manage budgets, and drive high-quality service aligned with the property's prestigious standards.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and cross-department collaboration to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive housekeeping experience, including supervision.
• Strong ability to lead a team of 10+ staff and ensure Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, labor costs, and supply inventories.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces daily to ensure Forbes standards.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of housekeeping staff and supervise Supervisors, Housekeepers, and Attendants.
• Create and manage weekly schedules; monitor labor costs and reconcile timecards.
• Oversee supply procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships; maintain PAR levels.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with OSHA and health policies.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Facilities on guest needs and maintenance issues.
