Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a five-star welcome and departure experience. You will greet guests, share local information, and promote resort services while handling check-ins/outs and resolving needs.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior front desk experience is preferred, with a focus on guest satisfaction and security.

Qualifications

• Clear and pleasant communication in English with guests, management and coworkers.
• Ability to input information into computer systems accurately.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers within and outside your department.
• Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs per Moments of Service and SOPs.
• Listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Set up accurate accounts for guests according to preferences.
• Block rooms in the computer and follow through on requirements.
• Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.
• Communicate guest information to departments for special requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Execute Omni accounting standards for folios and charges.
• Maintain guest history files and resolve issues expediently.
