Job summary

acac is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily club operations, ensuring staffing, cleanliness, and Five Star service standards. You will lead a team, support member needs, and drive membership revenue while keeping expenses in budget.

You will work closely with the Regional General Manager, manage budgets, and maintain knowledge of club software systems to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in leadership or management in athletic club or hospitality.
• Experience recruiting and retaining customers and employees is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with good listening skills.
• Word and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and engaging environment for members and staff.
• Lead by example for acac and Five Star culture.
• Collaborate with RGM to meet revenue goals and manage expenses.
• Respond promptly to member concerns and Medallia surveys.
• Hire, train and lead direct reports; supervise indirect reports (trainers/instructors).
• Develop knowledge of all club departments and assist in budgeting.
• Review monthly financials and investigate variances.
• Maintain knowledge of key software platforms used in operations.
