Qualifications

• Ability to learn AML/BSA requirements and SAR processes through training and experience.
• Ability to review transaction and customer information and document findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven workload management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with case management systems is a plus.
• Analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review transaction monitoring alerts and referrals in accordance with procedures and timelines.
• Analyze transactional activity, customer profiles, and account history for risk indicators.
• Prepare clear, complete review documentation and case narratives.
• Recommend dispositions and escalate matters requiring further review.
• Collaborate with FIU colleagues and seek guidance from leadership when needed.
• Identify trends and potential process concerns for FIU management.
• Develop knowledge of AML/BSA regulatory requirements through training and practice.
• Assist with special FIU projects and priorities.
