Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures customers receive world class customer service in fitting rooms.
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional disposition.
• Be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls.
• Assist in general office duties and mail service.
• Create daily pocket schedules and signs for shops.
• Develop product knowledge and assist sales associates to meet daily goals.
• Focus on fashion trends and merchandising in the store.
• Check customers in/out of rooms and manage merchandise in fitting rooms.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor and answer questions about location, price, and use.
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.
• Maintain professional appearance and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
