Responsibilities

• Support general office duties including mail handling and clerical tasks.
• Create daily pocket schedules and signage for shops.
• Help Leadership team with projects as needed.
• Develop product knowledge and support sales goals.
• Promote fashion trends and customer engagement.
• Check customers in/out of rooms and manage merchandise in the fitting area.
• Prepare merchandise for return to the selling floor.
• Explain location, price, and use of merchandise to customers.
