Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service in the fitting rooms
  • Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally
  • Assist customers and transfer calls appropriately
  • Support general office duties, including mail handling and signage creation
  • Assist leadership with various projects
  • Develop product knowledge and support sales goals
  • Stay informed on fashion trends
  • Manage customer check-in/out and merchandise monitoring in fitting rooms
  • Prepare merchandise for return to the sales floor
  • Answer questions regarding merchandise location, price, and use
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote personal growth
  • Maintain organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Perform basic math calculations
  • Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card benefits

Education & Experience

Minimum high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.

Physical & Lifting Requirements

Able to sit, stand, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear. Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.

Schedule

1-2 nights per week, Monday to Friday, 5:00-9:00 PM, and every other weekend. Saturday shifts vary between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Sundays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Approx. 15-20 hours/week.

Compensation

Base hourly wage.
