Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of MIG welding experience.

• Follow Operation Description Sheet (ODS) and Training Documents.

• Teamwork and Problem Solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform fit up, fabrication and core welding to vendors and managers per Johnson Controls guidelines.
• Maintain safe work practices and support Kaizen/5S initiatives.
• Read and review blueprints and specifications; ensure drawings meet design intent.
• Prepare input for management and production logs/reports.
• Complete motor coupling installations and other assigned tasks.
