Job summary

Flynn Group's Planet Fitness brand is seeking a dedicated Fitness Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and assist members in achieving their fitness goals. You will support the club manager to drive member engagement, provide guidance on proper equipment use, and foster a judgment-free environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, plus CPR/First Aid certification and a passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program: this includes fitness consultations and introducing members to the program benefits.
• Assist members on the gym floor with proper use of equipment and engage to peak interest in PE@PF.
• Assist club staff in maintaining cleanliness of club and areas such as restrooms, circuit room, PF 360, and weight rack.
• Maintain participation logs of each facilitated class to monitor program performance.
• Maintain accredited certifications (Personal Training and CPR) throughout employment.
• Provide inspiration, motivation, and a welcoming, judgment-free environment for members.
