Job summary

Planet Fitness in Conyers, GA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgment-free member experience. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, take tours for prospective members, answer questions, and process memberships using the POS system.

You will also communicate events, maintain cleanliness of the lobby and facility, and support team operations while following policies and safety procedures to ensure a welcoming, efficient gym environment.

• Handle beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new and existing memberships on the POS system.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and orderly.
• Clean and maintain facilities, equipment, and restrooms as needed.
• Support team operations and training; follow company policies.
