Job summary

Flynn Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and support the club manager in delivering a welcoming, Judgement Free environment. You will guide members through fitness consultations, demonstrate proper equipment use, and help sustain cleanliness and safety across the club.

You should be customer-service oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills, plus a genuine passion for fitness and health.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow instructions.
• Nationally Certified Training Certificate is required.
• Passion for fitness and health with upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program, including fitness consultations.
• Assist members on the gym floor with proper use of equipment and engage in PE@PF program.
• Assist club staff in maintaining cleanliness of the club.
• Maintain participation logs to monitor program performance.
• Keep accredited certifications current; complete trainings as directed.
• Inspire and motivate members to achieve goals.
• Present a professional, welcoming demeanor and support a Judgement Free environment.
