Job summary

Flynn Fitness in Norcross, GA, seeks a Fitness Trainer to run the PE@PF program, design simple workouts, and guide members toward their goals. You will assist on the gym floor, demonstrating proper equipment use and engaging members to participate.

Excellent customer service, reliability, and teamwork are essential. Certifications in Personal Training and CPR are preferred, with ongoing training provided; this is an on-site role reporting to the Club Manager in a welcoming, Judgement Free

Qualifications

• Fitness industry experience preferred
• CPR and Personal Training certifications required to maintain
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Run the PE@PF program, including fitness consultations and introducing members to program benefits
• Assist members on gym floor with proper equipment use and engage interest in PE@PF
• Assist club staff to maintain cleanliness of the facility and frontline duties as needed
• Maintain participation logs for PE@PF program performance
• Maintain accredited certifications throughout employment (Personal Training and CPR) and complete assigned trainings
• Inspire and motivate members with a positive, professional attitude in a Judgement Free environment
