Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals in New Jersey to join our studio team. As a member of the front desk and sales staff, you’ll greet guests, present the Orangetheory concept, give studio tours, and guide intros through their first workout.

You’ll collaborate with trainers, sell memberships, follow up with prospective clients, and participate in marketing events. A passion for fitness, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential to help our studio

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and in writing.
• Visible enthusiasm for fitness and Orangetheory.
• Ability to engage prospects and close memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, also known as intros.
• Give studio tours.
• Work with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
