Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an energetic front desk associate for our Jersey City studio who loves fitness and helping others.

You will greet guests, present the OTF concept, give tours, guide intros through their first workout, and sell memberships while supporting a collaborative team. The role offers extensive paid training, commissions/bonuses, studio membership, product discounts, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, positive, and able to talk to anyone.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on paper.
• Team player with a zest for fitness and helping others.
• Ability to present concepts and engage potential members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet every studio guest with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested individuals and conduct intros.
• Give studio tours and guide newcomers through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Assist trainers to guide intros through the first workout and help close memberships.
• Follow up on prospective clients and participate in marketing/outreach events.
• Keep studio clean and organized and contribute to a collaborative environment.
