Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is looking for enthusiastic individuals to share our story and help more people discover the benefits of our one-hour heart-rate based workouts. You will greet studio visitors with energy, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.

Join a team that values passion, integrity and community. You will work with trainers, sell memberships, follow up with prospective clients, and participate in outreach events while keeping the studio clean

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or on paper.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and passion for fitness.
• Ability to engage with customers and speak confidently about the OTF concept.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and energy.
• Present the OTF concept to interested customers (intros).
• Give studio tours to potential members.
• Work with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep studio areas clean and organized.
