Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring energetic individuals to share our story and help customers discover the OTF experience. You will greet guests, present the concept, give studio tours, and guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout.

You will sell memberships, follow up with leads, participate in marketing events, and keep the studio clean and organized. Training, commissions and a free studio membership are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or on paper.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and ability to talk to anyone.
• Team player with a passion for fitness and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, known as intro
• Giving studio tours
• Guiding intros through their first Orangetheory workout with trainers
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
