Orangetheory Fitness in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to drive member experience and revenue. You will lead front desk operations, support coaching with intros, and help grow memberships through outreach and events.

You’ll collaborate with the Studio Manager to schedule staff, maintain a welcoming studio, and contribute to a high-energy, fitness-focused team. Growth opportunities abound in a dynamic brand.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred).
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests with energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to prospects (intros).
• Assist with weekly scheduling for sales associates.
• Maintain front desk: answer phones, greet members.
• Lead studio operations in collaboration with the Studio Manager.
• Present studio tours to potential members.
• Collaborate with coaching team to guide intros through workouts.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet sales goals.
• Follow up on prospects and conduct outreach calls.
• Handle member concerns professionally.
• Participate in studio marketing and outreach events.
• Assist in training and development of sales associates.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.
