Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience in sales, retail, or fitness environments preferred.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Experience with social media and Canva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily studio operations to run smoothly.
• Support Studio Manager with marketing campaigns and events.
• Lead and motivate sales team to meet goals and KPIs.
• Manage staff schedules for peak hours and events.
• Provide excellent customer service and welcoming environment.
• Step in as leader when Studio Manager is absent.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Assist with reporting and member communications.
