Job summary

YogaSix Santa Rosa is seeking a General Manager responsible for leading the studio’s sales, marketing, and operations. The successful candidate will ensure the studio meets sales goals while providing exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires leadership in managing a team, strategic planning for member acquisition, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of management experience in sales or fitness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service/tech sales management experience.
• Experience supervising and coaching/developing people successfully.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of studio functionality.
• Manage and grow all revenue streams including memberships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise and coach studio staff.
