F45 Training CP007788 is seeking an Assistant Fitness Studio Manager to partner with the Studio Manager in leading a dynamic team at our Kentucky studio. The role focuses on sales leadership, client retention, and delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating marketing and community outreach efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of health & fitness sales leadership, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 2+ years of proven sales leadership in Health & Fitness industry is required.
• Certification in Personal Training is preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification is required.
• 2+ years of management experience including hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and written skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Studio Manager to execute annual marketing plan for social media, digital/print marketing, and community events.
• Lead and manage all operational procedures at the studio.
• Maintain sales effort with daily goals and incentive-based motivation; expand outreach with local businesses and groups.
• Oversee membership sales processes and drive client retention and referrals.
• Ensure studio branding aligns with company guidelines and maintain cleanliness and organization.
