Free People in Salem, NH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service, and operations at 99 Rockingham Park Blvd. This role helps create an inspiring environment founded on fitness, wellness, and happiness, collaborating with the leadership team and developing the staff.

You will drive brand experience, events, scheduling, and daily operations while maintaining FP Movement standards and ensuring omni-channel orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience
• Passion for FP Movement and/or local fitness community
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: act as a brand ambassador and reflect company values; create engaging visual experiences for FP Movement customers
• Leadership + Team Management: guide the team with feedback to meet store goals and drive accountability
• Visual + Business Operations: manage sales forecasting, scheduling, payroll, stock levels, and omni-channel order fulfillment
• Communication + Relationships: maintain open dialogue and share product knowledge, trends, and brand messaging through daily team meetings
